Annual registration fee: $25 per family

Tuition is based on a ten month academic year, September through June, divided into ten installments. Each installment is due by the first of the month. If you wish to have payments charged to your Visa , MasterCard or Discover card, please complete an Automatic Credit Card Withdrawal Authorization form available in our office. A new form is required for each new academic year. The withdrawal will be for monthly tuition only. Please notify us by email if you need to have any other charges (dancewear, workshops, etc.) posted to your card.

The monthly payment amount remains the same regardless of the number of classes attended in any given month.

$10 late fee after the 15th of the month.

$25 charge on all NSF checks

Students with delinquent tuition may be denied participation in class or performances.

Classes missed due to student illness or vacation may be made up in another class that is age and level appropriate. Please do not schedule make-ups on Observation Days or in June. Ask the instructor to advise you of which classes would be best suited to your dancer . Tuition credit is not given for classes missed due to illness or vacation.

If it is necessary for us to cancel a class, you may do a make-up class.

Classes that do not meet minimum enrollment may be shortened in length or cancelled completely.

You may withdraw from a class at any time during the year, but we ask that you let us know in advance that a space in class will be available. This will enable us to notify a dancer who may be waiting for her chance to dance in a class with a waitlist. Simply complete a Studio Withdrawal Form (available in our office and on our website) 10 days before the first day of the month during which you wish to withdraw. Please note that tuition will be charged if we are not notified of your withdrawal.
