A new registration form is required for each student for each new academic year. Please be sure to fill it out completely even though you may have completed one for the previous year. It is especially important that telephone numbers, addresses, email addresses and emergency information are current. We do not share personal information.

The $25 (per family) registration fee is due each year.

Class Placement
Students will be placed in the class deemed most appropriate for them at the time of enrollment. Once classes begin, we may find that a different class would better meet the student’s needs. Students will be “moved up” based on their own personal development and attitude in class.

Our primary concern is finding the most beneficial class for each student. It may take more than one move to determine the best fit. Classes with low enrollment may be shortened in length or cancelled completely.

Special Care
Please let us know if there are any special circumstances which may affect your child’s performance or attitude in class. If we are aware of a new baby at home, a parent’s illness, etc. it allows us to be even more sensitive to the student’s needs.

In the case of misconduct, the student will be given a time out after the third request to discontinue the disruptive behavior. If the behavior becomes chronic, the parents will be notified. We can then work together to modify the behavior. Continuously disruptive students may be asked to leave the class permanently.
